Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You may pay for your order by Credit Card or PayPal.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 1 week of being placed, but may take longer due to product availability. Once an order is shipped, it takes about 2-5 business days to arrive via Priority Mail within the continental US.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
A: It depends on the manufacturer. Check the individual product page for warranty information. Note: Warranties on products that are meant to be installed into other products do not extend to the device you are modifying.

Q: I'm having trouble getting one of your products to work. What should I do?
A: First, check out the relevant information on the Support page. If you are not able to find a solution there, email us and describe your problem. Provide as many details as you can. Note: you may be asked for a scan or digital picture of your installation. If it is not a Division 6 product you may be referred to the manufacturer of the device.

Q: I am looking for an Afterburner. Are you still selling them?
A: We had some, but unfortunately we ran out again. If we ever find more we will be sure to post it on the front page, but it doesn't look very likely at this point.

Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. If you create an account on the site it will give you international shipping options.
